Bayern Munich coach, Hans-Dieter Flick, has warned Chelsea that his team wants to send out a signal when both teams clash in tonight’s UEFA Champions League round of 16 first-leg tie at Stamford Bridge.
Flick said that Bayern have analysed the strengths and weaknesses of Frank Lamapard’s men.
Flick’s side head to the game following a 3-2 victory against Paderborn in their last Bundesliga encounter.
“I want to win every game,” Bayern Munich’s official website quoted Flick as saying.
“The first leg is in London and the second leg is in Munich.
“It is important that we send out a signal here.
“We have analysed Chelsea’s weaknesses and strengths and where we see opportunities to turn the game in our favour.”
The match between Chelsea and Bayern is scheduled for 9 pm.
