The Nigerian police have arrested an Ogun monarch Sholabi who defiled his daughter for 4 years, damages her private part.

Rasheed, who is the head of Oose Agbedu Ajibawo in Owode-Yewa area, was detained after the daughter reported him at the Owode Egbado Police station.

The daughter surprised the police when she revealed the man had been having sex with her since she was 11 years-old.

She added that the numerous sexual assault has affected her private part, making it hard to control her urine.

Ogun Police deputy superintendent Abimbola Oyeyemi, said the Divisional Police Officer for Owode-Egbado, Olabisi Elebute, led investigators to the traditional ruler’s palace and captured him.

The Baale, who originally denied the accusation, fainted later when dared by the victim and one of his ex-wives, who confirmed the victim’s ordeal.

His ex-wife notified the police she caught him while in the act, describing it was why she walked out of the union.

The daughter has been taken to the Stella Obasanjo Motherless Babies Home, Abeokuta, for safety.
